After an initial consultation, we conduct a site visit and develop a detailed scope of work. This allows us to provide a transparent, line-item estimate so you know exactly what to expect. Clients can expect to receive their estimate within approximately two weeks after the site visit.
How do I get an accurate cost estimate for my project?

We work with our own trusted subcontractors, so you don’t need to find or coordinate electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, or other trades. We handle all scheduling and coordination for you.
We secure all required permits, and schedule inspections to ensure full compliance with Massachusetts building codes and regulations.
Do I hire or coordinate my own subcontractors? Who handles permits?
